Everyone goes through stress, but they shouldn't let stress get to them. I have faced adversity many times but I've deal with it very well. I become stressed because I feel like there are people who depend on me getting good grade which make thing more stressful. Sometimes I am glad that there are people around me that depend on my future. I know for sure that if I didn't have these people in my life I wouldn't care about anything in life. I wouldn't care if I get in trouble or the people I hung out with. I am the type of person where if something happen I don't let it get to my school work, like letting it distract me from my education and getting my goals in life. If I am way too stressed and it became really dark and I am breathing normal, but it feels like I can breath right, I will actually meditate, I will go to this app or website is calm where someone in a calm voice and relaxing sounds in the background that is telling you that everything is going to be okay and that there is no need to stress out and you can focus on the moment. A moment where I felt like I was going to over stress and faint was the monday before winter break. I had many things do the next day for english, math, and every other class. That monday I go a bad grade on my star test and I took my time and actually read the questions. So, the day was just depressing, so I went home and opened my computer; went to that website and I relaxed myself to the point where I knew everythings okay. Stress is a hard thing to get over but sometimes its the persons fault fault. I had to complete a book, the monday before break and I only had thirty page something like that. I pre casted the weekend before break and decided that I could finish it at break. I realized that I can’t read seventyfive word per page in twelve minutes. How I respond to challenges sometimes, is to prepare everything that I can before time, so I don't have to stress on the day that it is
