Urbanization in the Astana proved itself extremely impactful and one aspect that stands out is the quality of life improvement. Needless to say that the demographics were affected by this improvement as well and especially the infant mortality rate. It is well known that every year some amount of newborns die and it is obvious that now this number decreasing. However, what we really know about this particular issue? How many children die in Astana every year? What are the reasons? How we can change it and why it is important? These are the questions we need to find answers to. According to Gosman Zhakin, deputy chief of administration police of Astana, in the capital was registered 7 injuries of electrical appliances in which one child was killed, 4 facts of carbon monoxide poisoning, 2 facts of fire, in one of which two infants are killed, 3 facts of death was due to negligence as a result of leaving a child unattended in the cradle and the one case in which the mother squelched her baby by own body weight while she was sleeping. Another of these cases occurred in 9th of July at 2 p.m. In the children 's hospital with various fractures 6 year old girl was received who is being at home without adult supervision, fell out of the window of 6 floors. Now the child is evaluated in extremely difficult situation. Thus, as the statistics show, most of the children are dying because of the negligence of adults. Forgotten included stove or iron or an open window and so on may cause the child 's death. As in the example with 6 year old girl, if only parents put a mosquito net or closed the window, the girl would not have fallen, and would not be now in a grave
