Euthanasia from Greek “good death” means the practice of ending a life intentionally

in order to end suffering or pain.

It’s been some time now since the moral debate regarding euthanasia has begun.

Euthanasia has to be the decision of each individual person and whomever is with

them, make it family or friends have to support them no matter how hard it may be,

given the case that the person is not capable of making the decision because he or she

is unconscious and cannot make the choice of whether or not die in order to end her o

his suffering, family members or the person that is responsible for that kind of

decision should take into account that this person is suffering and that suffering

There are different classifications for euthanasia. There is the voluntary euthanasia,

which is the one conducted with the patients consent and the only king of euthanasia

there should be, there is the non-voluntary euthanasia which is the one were the

consent of the patient is unavailable given different circumstances, the involuntary

euthanasia is the one conducted against the patients will, this kind of euthanasia

shouldn’t really be name euthanasia as much as murder or homicide, this kind of

practices, deciding whether to live or not should always have the consent of the

patient or in some cases when id unavailable the person that is in charge of the

patient, there are also the passive and active euthanasia, passive euthanasia entails

the retaining of necessary treatment or medications for the endurance of life.

Euthanasia is the decision that every person has over his own life and should be

respect by love ones as hard as it may be. Is time for society to accept and respect each

persons decision regarding their own life and what they want to do with it, in order to

make the society that we actually live in a better place, with acceptance and respect
