Sullivan is for pro- towing cleaning operations because he believes it cleanses the ocean from un-natural waste when he states in the following text “Post-towing cleaning operations should restore the seabed to its natural state.” With no hesitation, Sullivan believes that these types of cleaning operations should be funded to de-pollute the sea. When he says “Post-towing cleaning operations should restore the seabed.” The words Sullivan provides in the text shows that he stance with pro-cleaning operations, because he uses the word “should” which states an opinion not a fact towards the issue of restoring the ocean from any un-natural waste. Sullivan provides facts when describing the incident of raising Costa Concordia from the ocean such as this fact “The Concordia (is)…twice the size of the Titanic.” Sullivan compares the Concordia with the iconic ship the Titanic. Supporting his argument that there are wrecked-ships across the sea bigger than the Titanic, that were left there for waste. He believes the post-towing cleaning operations would cleanse the sea from any kind of wrecked ships. Sullivan’s article about post-towing cleaning operations would be even more effective if he
