The film 42 was writen and directed by Brian helgeland. His film talks and mention a lot about racism and the struggle that the main character (Jackie Robenson) wemt through to play baseball with the big leg. The character i mainly relate to is jackie robinson the way he got treated. The struggle he had to go through just to play a sport. When I was little my mom had me playing soccer ever since i was little, when most found out they thought i wouldn't be good. It honestly just made me play harder than i've ever played. This movie remind me of 12 years a slave, because both african americans had to fight for their rights even if justise wasn't right. Torn between the camera is eye- Level it’s zoomed in that how he. The lighting Natural there all outside watching the game so the lighting that’s in then in this sense was the sun from above During this scene Jackie is being taunted at by ben chapman and is allowed to react to the comments being said so Jackie steps up to the plate and gets ready to bat. The lighting is natural Camera Angle was Eye- Level it’s zoomed in but not super zoomed in. In the film 42 the writer incorporated a lot of symbols and themes for the film. In the three sence I did I picked them because I saw the theme of the film was shown more in those three sence. To wrap up everything Brian helgeland directed a good film and he put all of the information themes symbols together to fit all together to make sch an amazing film named 42. This film made me really look at slavery and hardship in a different way just t think back and watch this film based on a true story and to know what jackie robenson had to go through just to play his sport even though he was as good as the other players on the team no matter what
