Autumn is a mysterious season teeming with deep rooted bizarre origins bursting with jubilant festivities; shrouded in a fascinating display of transformation in the weather, one’s temperament, environmental lifecycles, and unmistakable scents that play upon one’s intellect and transcends and one into a more innocent time of our lives. The actual origins of this marvelous season known as autumn derive from the timeworn primordial Etruscan root autu- and has within is the implications of the passing all the way through the year; although, this word fell upon the ears of those neighboring Romans who claimed its meaning as their and brutally altered it to the Latin word autumnus. Soon the fall of Rome would come to be, yet this word resiliency drudged on in which again underwent another transformation by embellishing into an Old French word autompne (automne in modern French), and was later normalized to the original Latin. In the Medieval period, there are rare examples of its use as early as the 12th century’s even though it was mostly known as "Harvest" in Britain due to its parallelism to gathering crops at the end of the growing season; nonetheless, by the 16th century it was in common use to a final ascension known as “Fall“(Dictionary.com). Seems odd that a name would go through so much from strange names like "End of Summer" but somehow end up as a simple term such as "Fall". Various sources came to the conclusion that sometime during the 16th century the people abandoned working the lands as a lifestyle and saught to live in towns assimilating into other venues of employment in lifestyles. The word "Harvest" lost favor amongst those who left the fields behind them chose to replace robust word to a more simplistic meaning derived from the innocence actions of leaves falling to the ground bringing forth a mundane word known as "Fall" even though our brother across the Atlantic still referred to this season it's more robust yet romantic tone known as
