Zone One Paper What are Zombies? Zombies are the undead. Essentially, they were people. They used to have thoughts and feelings and hopes for the future. Now, they are monsters.
Z End: The Pros and Cons of America’s Fascination with Zombies In the past ten to fifteen years, the popularity of zombie stories has risen drastically as more television shows and movies about such stories are created. America’s fascination with zombies in general fits with this narrative quite well. Shows such as The Walking Dead and movies like Zombieland or 28 Days Later have shown to be quite popular among viewers in the United States, especially among the many “zombie buffs” or apocalypse preppers. Merchandise from these shows and movies can be found in stores across the country, as can somewhat cliché zombie books and zombie apocalypse survival guides.
Whether people think about it or not, something in this world could happen that could change their life forever. Therefore, it could be life threatening or maybe just leave them with scars. Whenever someone speaks of a life threatening event like a zombie apocalypse, people tend to blow it off. Could it really happen? Will an infection spread across the world, transforming humans into the living dead?
In their article “ Zombies - A Pop Culture Resource For Public Health Awareness” (2013) Melissa Nasiruddin, Monique Halabi, Alexander Doa, Kyle Chen, and Brandon Brown identify how Zombies serve as a means of educating the public on health concerns like disease or disasters through various media outlets, particularly television and movies. The authors first develop their claim by providing a historical context into the creation of zombies as well as their incorporation into popular culture. The authors then discuss how zombies are an ideal opportunity for increasing awareness of public health issues by drawing parallels between the zombies in pop culture and former Public health issues. Bear Firearms-Second Amendment The second amendment of us constitution gives the rights to bear arms. It says that citizens have rights to have a gun for their security. The amendment states that "the right of the people to keep and bear Arms" that means citizens have right to have a gun. The amendment also says in a statement, “A well-regulated Militia”, that means arms is not for everybody.
Interview Summary How Would One Map the Outbreak? During a zombie apocalypse, a map of the outbreak, where you are, or places you want to go would be useful. For each outbreak, building maps would help to answer questions such as: Where are tools to fight against the zombies found? Where do the outbreaks start?

Diseases are ubiquitous and menacing, creating physical and mental barriers affecting individuals and their loved ones. The natural existence of a disease destroys relationships ruining the happiness of the victims and their families. In Marc Forster’s film, World War Z, a contagious virus draws a line between the healthy and the infected creating an “us” and a “them,” thus resulting in establishing a malignant social monster. This leads humans to have a natural tendency to keep astray from these monstrous ailments. In Forster’s film, the viral aspect of the zombie apocalypse stands as a metaphor for the real-life horrors of confronting a global viral pandemic, thus showing the significance of rapid international chaos and loss of social control.
It is 6:00 in the morning and overhearing that zombies are conquering the world. Immediately, it is time to pack and get ready for the zombie apocalypse. In order to make it, their is some common that will be needed to beat these disgusting creatures. A zombie apocalypse could happen anywhere; in the city, suburban area, or in the country. Sadly, zombies only onto human flesh and nothing else.

There are as many people who advocate for pro gun laws as the people who are opposed, which is the reason why gun control has become one of the most controversial topics as of right now. America is truly split between those who advocate for gun control and those who are opposed.
