Bear Firearms-Second Amendment The second amendment of us constitution gives the rights to bear arms. It says that citizens have rights to have a gun for their security. The amendment states that "the right of the people to keep and bear Arms" that means citizens have right to have a gun. The amendment also says in a statement, “A well-regulated Militia”, that means arms is not for everybody. It is only for the people who are well trained, and a part of regulating the militia. This part of the amendment creates debates. Available guns in public have some effects. It can be helpful for the personal security and on the other side, it can be violence. Gun violation is increasing day by day. More shooting is happening throughout the country. So many people are talking about the gun control. More gun is creating more security issues. As the violation increase, people thinks that the amendment creates problem to give right to bear arm. Many mass shootings happen in clubs, schools, concerts, and other important places that causes loss of human life. Lots of debates are going on about this specific topic.
