Introduction: Did you know every abortion kills an innocent human being. America has the most liberal abortion laws in the world. Every human being should have the right to pursue happiness and to enjoy its future like everyone in the room. Abortion is murder and very unconstitutional corroding to our amendments.

(Body1) However in 1973 abortion has become legal making abortion a hotly contested topic in America politics today. (“Supreme Court Legalizes Abortion.”) Dating back to when back to when the United States became an independent nation the founding fathers said “All men are created equal with certain unalienable rights life, liberty and pursuit of happiness”. An abortion deprives a fetus of life without any recourse to due process. The fetus is unable to defend itself. Roe v Wade held that a fetus does not become a person until the moment of birth. (“What You Need to Know About the Roe v. Wade Decision.”) How can someone say this when they aren’t giving the fetus a chance to live. This can lead to bizarre situations where doctors in one room of a hospital will be attempting to save the life of a premature baby while doctors in the next door operating room are performing an abortion on a health fetus at that. If this is right then our morals are all wrong. Attempts have been made to persuade law makers to declare an unborn fetus a person for the purses of the 14thamendment but they have not yet been successful. I believe that if that do not chance; I believe that the 14thamendment should be taken away. That means that we the people aren’t obeying the
