From the article “Animal Testing” over 100 million animals are tested on each year. That means 100 million animals die each year. Something people say that “you have to test on something before you test on humans.” However, testing on animals should be banned because it’s hurting the animal population. Too many animals are killed each year from being tested on. For example, animals are being tested on for medical purposes. From an article called Cosmetics, “ Rabbits eyes are dabbled with the product, and observed over time to record eye damage and discomfort.” In addition they have been tested on for makeup drugs and biomedical experiments.(Animal Cruelty 1). Also that it is against most laws. The animals that get tested on are ferrets, rabbits,pigs,sheep, and, monkeys but, the most the get tested on yearly are dogs and cats.(Animal Cruelty 1) Others say, “You must test on something before testing is on any human.” But, they could always use a digital process …show more content…

On sets for a t.v. show or a movie most animals are ignored,and animals get stuck in cages(Preventing animal cruelty 1). Animals also have nowhere to be free or run around, that is mostly due to being in a set in the middle of Hollywood where there is no where for an animal to even go(Preventing animal cruelty 1). Zoos are fun to go to and look at all of the animals, but what is behind the glass is worse. The animals are always in tiny space unlike, their original home. All places animals are supposed a wide rage area, but in a zoo the have limited space. Traveling shows might be one of the worst place to put an animal. First they have smaller spaces than a zoo. The animals are always moving in some type of captivity such as, cars, trucks, vans, etc. Some might argue that it is entertaining, but even if it might be entertaining the animals are suffering and will die without ever being in their natural habitat.
