One of the biggest components in one’s golf swing is controlling the balance in one’s swing. Creating a balanced golf swing will result in a more efficient swing and possibly result in straighter golf shots. In order for the body to flow throughout the golf swing the bodies motor skills need to be in sync. Exercising reduces the limitations one has on their bodies. Golfers should use their bodies to control their golf swings, but many people cannot do that because of their physical limitations. Exercising allows golfers to gain some of the key body functions that are necessary for a good golf swing.
