Building on top of people’s ideas lead to what is called Collective Learning. Scientist infer based off some evidence, humans controlled fire between 400,000 to a million years ago. From there, humans started to use the fire to cook food which became healthier for humans and were able to maintain a healthy diet. This led to foraging. Foraging are small groups searching for food and animals and were known for their super healthy diets. Foragers would keep moving based off the seasons or weather. After the ice age humans converted to agriculture which allowed to build stable homes and grow their own food. Military censorship was also a big problem during the Iraq War because embedded journalist taking photos of the dead body of the american soldiers. “Significantly, the Times was able to document only five published images of war dead that had been released by embedded journalists. In four of those cases, the paper notes, ‘the photographer was immediately kicked out of his or her embed following publication of such photos’” (World Socialist Web Site). The amount was cut over five years from 770 to just 12 photojournalist. They believed that these 12 could cover about 150,000 troops around the country according to the Word Socialist. Later journalist were barred from taking any picture and publishing them of the troops or civilians. In one case, a man named Zoriah Miller, a photographer for the Times, was barred for taking a picture that showed different strategies that enemy could see and use. This violate the censorship rule that the government had placed. This could benefit people in the future because someone could look back at these pictures and no what war was like at this time. On the other hand it could cause problems because it would cause big controversy if photos should be banned from be taken in war and it could violate some laws of censorship. Others might say we need to take the pictures to know the history of the war and know what it looked like for the future. Military Censorship had affected both countries equally. The worst effect with these issues was that fact that there were pictures of people who were scared or dead bodies from the war. This could change person point of view of what being the battlefield is really like.
