1. Introduction
In order to complete this task we should understand what is copyright, copyright infringement, fair use, and the regulation of copy act in Malaysia 1987. Understand the issue given related the cases with the real cases, and solve the Sally’s and Town where there should be either copyright infringement or fair use.
