You can hire new employees when you have too much work on your shoulders. This happens when even when you go home you have loads of work piled up. Instead of doing all the work yourself, you can hire more employees to help you. Through this, it can reduce your work by quite a large amount even if it is someone just picking up calls at the receptionist fro you. Another good reason to hire new people can be an expansion in overtime costs. In here, instead of paying workers for working overtime, it’s a much better option to hire new workers and spend more money on them.
