The declaration of Independence says "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness." This all taken away from people when the FCC uses their congressional powers to make more money. The FCC has taken away liberties that we're given to us in the Constitution, saying that "All men are created equal." When they take away our perspectives and uses their position to make more money, it is unconstitutional. In my opinion the government should not inflict any action to make it to where we as people of America are being pushed down on so the people of Congress can step up a little higher. The real reason Congress wants net neutrality to be gone, is so they can make some extra coin for their pockets. That I'd not what the founding fathers believed in, they did not believe in monopolies for one person, and bankruptcy for millions of others. It says in the very beginning of the declaration of Independence that "He (the king of England) has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good." This is just as good of an example of what has happened to what is happening currently. The king of England was wanting to tax our imports such as goods or supplies so he could make some extra money, that is just what is happening right now, Congress is wanting to tax our regularly used programs for their gain.
