The FCC originated from The Communication Act of 1934, which abolished the Federal radio commission. The Communication Act of 1934 was the barrier for all the communications rules in place today. This act expanded on the authority of the FCC to regulate public airwaves in the United Stated.
They also work very closely with law enforcement officers, the field is never boring, there is always a different crime to uncover and solve. This shows that when you're in this field it always keeps you on your toes with different things to do. CSI agents work in laboratories but often travel to crime scenes at different locations, they also determine the who, what , how and where of a crime. According to U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistic, they also take photographs, draw sketches, and write notes about their observations. While analyzing data many tools are used such as tweezers, black lights and kits as part of their methods.
The Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 is a important act for the private investigator to be aware of, it can have significant advantages and disadvantages to how your investigations/assignments turn out. The PACE covers all areas such as powers of stop and search, powers to search premises, arrest, questioning, identification of suspects, tape recording etc. The Act also provides a clear statement of the rights of the individual and the powers of the police towards that individual in differing circumstances. This will be vital to our work as a private investigator to know where we stand in many areas, should we have any dealings with the police in our work, we will have the advantage of knowing if the police officers are within their rights

To fully know about the Behavior Analysis Unit (BAU) the units, risks, conditions should all be understood. The BAU is a group of FBI agents that tend to work on high profile cases.

Law enforcement is an honorable job to have and to uphold, especially a State Trooper. You will have a reputation to uphold. In this field it will come to know that it is very unpredictable. Every morning when you go into the field, there is always a chance you won't come home.
“Never underestimate a FBI’s ability to find things out” (Unknown). FBI agents are people who investigate situations where harm is involved. Being an FBI agent has always been something that interests me. I have always liked solving things and this job is based a lot on solving investigations. I have never been interested in a laid back job, I have always wanted something more action based.

In the last twenty years, violence has increased leaving communities with the fear of what’s going to happen next. During the prime time news, we can get inform about what’s happening around the world. We hear about wars, violence, crime, murders, earthquakes, and other disasters around the world. Nowadays, TV shows and movies are more about crimes and violence, which are based on real life in some way. TV shows such as Criminal Minds represent the FBI team as brilliants investigators that capture skillful serial killers.
Crime has been at its highest this year. Forensic science has played a major part in investigating crimes and searching for evidence that is not seen by the naked eye(Dillon). The field of forensics is continually growing, causes of death have become more interesting, autopsies are more critical, and the salary is appreciable(Gewin). Since there are only 18 forensic science undergraduate programs in the US that have been authorized by the American Academy of Forensic Science, my prospective college choices are limited. After tackling the time it will take to earn my bachelors in forensics(4 years), then finish medical school and four years of residency, it will eventually all be worth the wait.
