A passport isn’t just a piece of paper people hold to show where they come from or to what they belong. In fact, it is one’s identity, language, pride and strength. No matter where a person was born, grew up, raised, or lived, his home land will always be his number one favorite country. Sometimes things in a country go wrong, causing populations to sometimes, go against laws or regulation set by that country. The Syrian revolution that started back in January 2011 had a lot of aims and intentions back then. However, there are some people who are still against the revolution is Syria because, it has triggered the rise of many different parties including (ISIS), and it has led to the death of many poor innocent citizens. The Syrian population is now split into two, half being against and half being with the current president Bashar Al-Assad. However, even though no one really knew who is the right one, fights have never really stopped. A bomb that was targeted at pros or cons might have mistakenly reached a kid or a woman! A lot of children have had their futures destroyed, by either losing their parents, their organs, their houses and much more. Why were women killed? Why were children killed? Is this what they get for trying to stand up against cruel governance? Statistics have proved that women and children will be taken to jail, tortured, beaten, used, for the sake of knowing where the detainee is. Both cons and pros are held responsible for the deaths of those innocent humans. The thirteen year old Hamza AlKhateeb died awfully when President Bashar AlAsad’s security force caught the child for speaking his mind. Not only to over-religious citizens that this has seemed right, but also to the ones who needed to see a fast change. Since the ISIS is typically a group of over religious people who agreed to unite the word of Islam under Islamic rules in Syria and Iraq, their interaction to some, was seen to help get a better governmental control, leading to the wants of the population being highly satisfied. Not to forget mentioning that since the majority of the Syrian population are Muslims (Sunni), ISIS will be seen a good solution by most. Examples would include the Syrian refugee’s words that included that the ISIS was able to protect their homes from being bombed by Bashar AL Assad’s army. On the other hand, those who are against the ISIS think that their sudden interaction has resulted in more people being killed than before ISIS’s interaction. The Syrian non-Sunni family who were killed in front of each other’s eyes just for the fact that they belonged to a different doctrine proves how strictly the ISIS were about sunnis controlling the
