The REVANANT The film we watched in class was called the revenant. It’s a movie that gives its audiences views of how they lived in those days, when you needed to know how to survive off the land, and a good trap line was a main way of survival and income as well if you didn’t know how to trap or even make a trap line you were basically doomed. In this movie you will actually learn the relationship between the whites and Indians that there was basically no relationship there. The Indians were basically called “SAVAGAES” in those days, you will also learn the relationship between the two tribes as well the Sioux and Pawnee tribes. “Henry” went back to camp to go search for the man who killed glasses son but he was no where to be found. After a goods days rest Glass and Henry went out to go seek Fitzgerald and bring him back for justice, but I think Glass had something else in mind!!!.. Glass finally came across a the smell of smoke in the air and knew it was Fitsgeald so Glass and Henry decided to split up to try and corner Fitzgerald. Fitz Gerald managed to hide from henry and ambush him to wear he had a good vantage point for a good shot with his rifle to kill henry the boss after henry had been shot glass heard the shot and knew Fitzgerald was close so he went to go and see were his boss Henry was. As he approached a body who he knew it to be his boss Henrys body he knew Fitzgerald was close but had to come up wit a plan to capture him or even kill him so he used his bosses body Henry as a decoy and placed his body were Henrys was suppose to be genius I think. So thinking that Glass was riding in front and his bosses body was in the back on a horse being hauled back to camp Fitzgerald thinking he was shooting Glass down when acttually it was Henrys body that he shot down for the second time LOL when Fitzgerald relised that it wasn’t Glasses body that it was Henrys body Glass came out from the blankets covering the body and shot fitzgerlad, fitzgerald was totally surpised and the fight was on. They rolled around in the snow Glass copping of a few of Fitzgerlads fingers off then stabbing him multiple times to wear he was almost dead, but did not finish him off he told Fitzgerald in the pawnee language I think “that he will leave it in gods hands” an seen a group of Indians approaching them he then placed Fitzgerald almost dead body into the river were he floated down stream into the pawnee hands and that’s
