The Voyage of the Dawn Treader, written by C.S. Lewis, features a young boy named Eustace. Eustace is a cousin to Lucy and Edmund. Eustace did not like his cousins and liked to boss and bully people around. In the beginning, Eustace is mean to his cousins and just overall a brat. Eustace is transformed into a dragon because he put on a bracelet. Soon after Eustace convinces his cousins, King Caspian, and Reepicheep that he is the dragon. Everyone would agree that Eustace changed drastically when being the dragon, he was anxious to help. Eustace currently sees himself as an ugly and nasty dragon, which communicates his inner appearance as a human. Aslan soon appears, and Eustace follows him to a well.
