In the year of 2017 I never thought that America would step back into 1960 where segregation played such a large role in our country. Due to recent events in today’s society, segregation has become more and more evident. There have been many cases in which bullying has occurred due to racial differences. Our country today, has recently been divided due to our new president. Trump has now become a “voice” for people who believe that segregation is the only way to keep our differences overt. Many people segregate because they want to protect their rights. Why they feel that someone from the opposite race is going to “steal” their rights still fazes me.
