The Sleeping Prophet
The Edgar Cayce (1877-1945) readings include Atlantis and Mu. Mr. Cayce referenced Mu as Lemuria. It is more widely publicized as Lemuria by the new age community. Cayce did worldwide readings on a daily basis. He was able to diagnose diseases and cures yet had no medical background.
Churchward’s Rishi
Colonel James Churchward (1851-1936) served in the British Army for thirty years. He was befriended by an old Rishi while stationed in India. The Rishi introduced Churchward to the Naacal Tablets that described the ancient civilization of Mu.
Niven tablets
Churchward also deciphered the Niven Tablets discovered in Mexico by David Niven. Churchward believed they were connected to "motherland Mu."

Churchward claimed the first symbol deciphered referenced space but he believed it meant God.
Series of Churchward books
In his series of books he reiterates the continent was primarily tropical with lush valleys and plains. Fragrant, huge flowers, streams, rivers and lakes were plentiful. Book titles are:

Mu’s colonies
The Colonel claimed Atlantis and Egypt were but two of Mu’s colonies. A great deal of citizens were in both Atlantis and Egypt when Mu sunk. Others somehow escaped eminent destruction and migrated to the United States.
Churchward was never given credit for his work because it lacked bibliographies. One question remains, how did the 9,500 year old Kennewick Man come to rest in the Pacific Northwest. Likewise, the Nevada Mummy, 7,420 years old.
