Many people, including Hana, never had their first job, lived in their own house, got married, and never had kids. When Hana’s parents were arrested, Hana and George had to live with their Catholic aunt and uncle (“Hana”). The concentration camps were very unstable. There was not enough food, people could get exposed to gas, and the Nazi soldiers could even kill the people if they wanted to (Hachette). When George arrived at Auschwitz, he was forced to work (“Hana”). Once Hana arrived at Auschwitz, she was gassed in a gas chamber. Hana Brady died on October 23rd, 1944
