In this tragic story both Romeo and Juliet put themselves before each other and act upon what will not only benefit them but will benefit the significant other even more.
Theme: Love may hurt (you)/ Love is a game, if you aren’t careful you’ll get hurt./you have to learn to play before you get hurt. Romeo and Juliet fall in love, initially Romeo was hurt and that’s why he met Juliet. Upon meeting her, they instantly fall in love. Knowing it could never work between them due to their family feud, they still fought for their love. As hard as they tried in the end they both died.
The Irresponsible Deaths of Romeo and Juliet There is always that one person that does not listen to anyone no matter if they are given good or bad advice. That one person always ends up on the wrong path. That is the same story as “The Tragedy of Romeo and Juliet”, by William Shakespeare. Who is to blame for the deaths of Romeo and Juliet? Is it Friar Laurence, Tybalt, or even Romeo himself?
What Romeo did was that he wore a mask so no one recognize him and a Montague. When he got there he saw Juliet and fell in love with her the moment he laid his eyes on her but juliet 's cousin Tybalt recognized romeo and wanted to kill him on the spot but Lord Capulet insisted that Tybalt did not disrupt the part because the prince would get mad. After that Romeo goes over to Juliet and tells her his feelings towards her and they kiss.
II. Comparison and Contrast: These two literary pieces are one of the saddest love stories in literature. In most romances, their love bloomed slowly and their love was truly above all and became the purpose of their lives, loving each other till their last breath. These two literary pieces are one of the best stories that I’d ever read, and it was so wonderful and breathtaking, reading this gave me a thrill of suspense, while thinking how to compare and contrast between the two literary pieces, the common is that both are all about love and tragedy. Romeo and Juliet is forbidden to fall in love because of their family having an ongoing feud, and had a love at first sight, they are expressing their love secretly and privately for their family
