Relationships and Drugs Drugs and pleasure is a common thing for today 's society, people might think is a normal thing or that it´s not a bad thing. However each time we are losing our feelings like one of the greatest or was the greatest, love. Minellians are now just having relationships because of pleasure, not because of love. Adolf Huxley can change the way of thinking in today 's society. In the novel Brave New World, Huxley demonstrates the way society has changed and has improved not only in technology but also in other things. However, on this novel, he criticizes that feelings each time are losing power and importance. The society of the book Brave new world, having sex, or pleasure is more important than having the feeling of love. This is because this has been taught since child 's and is shown in this quote, “Naked in the warm June sunshine, six or seven hundred little boys, and girls were running with shrill yells over the lawns…” (Huxley 29). However, on this quote, Huxley is showing us that being naked is been taught since a young age, and when these kids grow up would have the purpose, to having sex or having pleasure. Having a relationship in Brave new world it 's not
