Our stories not just show acceptable behaviour, instead they move people to act. Our stories convey the values through the dialect of the heart and feelings. It is the thing that people feel, trust, consider, commit to and not just what people realize that can rouse with the strength to act. The story of self is about why we were called to what we have been called to. The story of us is the changes that we are looking and the common purposes, objectives and vision of the group. It becomes the story of now which is the test the group now confronts, the decisions it must make and the plans which we can desire (Ganz, 2007). Our campaign could be seen as an organized, purposeful effort to create the change we want and it was guided by thoughtful planning. Before starting the campaign, we considered the current circumstances and who is influenced by the issue both emphatically and adversely. What changes could enhance the circumstances and what assets, strategies and instruments are accessible to actualize a crusade that will address the issue? Final Reflection 4 causes inflation and less jobs, but we are dealing with a big inflation especially about housing in Toronto right now without any raise on the minimum wage. The rate of unemployment keeps increasing and the minimum wage is still the same. Raising the minimum wage does not cause inflation and less jobs, rather the huge income gap that exists causes inflation and less jobs. We wish that our project continues after the completion the course and becomes more public so we can get more people involved.
