The purpose of the therapeutic recreation accountability model is to help a therapeutic recreation specialist create a connection between the patient outcome that will benefit their treatment in the future. The outcome of the patient will go through program planning, client assessment, or quality improvement into a comprehensive system that is efficient and easy for both the patient and TR to understand and be at the same phase.
