The character Thomas from This Is What It Mean To Say Phoenix Arizona by Sherman Alexie .Thomas is a indian boy that is the same age as victor they live in the same place but never talk to each other it been so many years.I characterize Thomas as a storyteller h he talks a lot but nobody listen to him they call him Thomas Builds -the-fire he jokes around but people think he's weird .
