Tim Burton is a creative director with expansive imagination, who made dozens of dark movies. He uses many stylistic devices to help tell their unique stories. In Tim Burton’s films, the characters are an outcast protagonist, who takes pride in their differences to other people and a judgmental antagonist, who creates the plot. He uses different types of character and settings to establish the theme of the story. In two of his most famous films, he uses outcast protagonists and contrasting settings to express that there are people who does not fit in society.
