Tort harm can reach its victims from many different ways, similar to crimes. Leading up to civil law suits victims can be compensated by the responsible party per civil law suit. There are many types of intentional torts. a common one that has a very broad spectrum is the cause of emotional destress. the tort of emotional destress is caused by another person who maliciously act outrageous and extreme to cause intentionally emotional damage to another another.
