In order to try to minimalize torque crimes such as defamation, trespassing, emotional distress, invasion of privacy and fraud. Torts are not to be confused with crimes there are various differences between both terms. Torts can also be covered, advised and protected by Business contracts. We live in a society that self protection is vital to live a life where you're safe and free of people causing harm and damaging your way of life. Tort harm can reach its victims from many different ways, similar to crimes. Leading up to civil law suits victims can be compensated by the responsible party per civil law suit. There are many types of intentional torts. a common one that has a very broad spectrum is the cause of emotional destress. the tort of emotional destress is caused by another person who maliciously act outrageous and extreme to cause intentionally emotional damage to another another. An example of emotional destress is a person getting getting treated so bad it causes emotional trauma whether it by a company or anther person. Defamation is another type of intention tort that is commonly used intentionally and unintentionally. People are victims and actually unknowingly cause this, Defamation. Defamation is the act of someones good reputation by ruining their name with false and negative ideas about them. A very obvious way to tell the difference is that torts are dealt with in a civil law suit and a crime is dealt with by the federal or state government courts. In to minimalize in a civil case in court regarding tort the plaintiff has to prove two things. Those two things are that the defendants committed the tort and that the plaintiff or plaintiff's property were injured. Crimes are also a lot more serious in terms of the type of action that gets done such as a murder, homicide, drug distribution, hit and runs.
