The purpose of this report is to document the arrest of Rigoberto Garcia-Martinez (M/H DOB 08/03/85) for, driving under the influence, driving with a BAC of .08 or more, driving a vehicle with unsafe equipment and operating an uninsured vehicle. I (Trooper Castillo #6570) was on patrol at 06:30 a.m. on 05/08/2016 when I observed a Blue Chevy Cobalt with front end damage a leaking fluids traveling southbound on I55 just before the Pulaski exit. I initiated an investigative traffic stop on the blue Chevy Cobalt.

Brennan and of the confidential nature and purpose of the interview, Butz, provided the following information: Butz explained that she started on Judge Tidd’s staff in September 2012 until December 2013. Butz is now working in the 911 Center in Northampton. Butz is the daughter of Brenda Anthony. Butz was starting to learn how to do the paperwork when Tidd would tell her he needed her to run and get him a soda at the gas station or run over and get him something either to eat. When Tidd would tell her Butz to do this or that she felt like she couldn’t say no to him.

Technology, specifically the CCTV footage, the Deng video and an autopsy, played a limited role in securing the conviction of Mick Hawi. Despite that all technologies provided information of those involved and what happened during the incident, the information was contradicting, CCTV footage CCTV footage played a limited role in securing Mick Hawi’s conviction as the CCTV cameras were not present at the location of the incident. Although, CCTV cameras nearby the location recorded the movements of the Comanchero Motorcycle Club (CMC) and Hells Angels (HA) surrounding Gate 5. The cameras show Anthony and Peter Zervas moving towards the group of CMC members. The CMC were also following other HA members in front of them.

Technical Sergeant Van E. Ripley is a Jet Engine Mechanic for the 122nd FW Jet Engine Intermediate Maintenance Shop, Fort Wayne, Indiana 122nd Air National Guard Base. He is responsible for providing direction to resolve problems on A-10 Aircraft Engines installed and un-installed. He leads other Engine subordinates, advises, trains, and works alongside others. He monitors work of assigned personnel, coordinates, and works with Aircraft Specialists of other shops to ensure that assigned personnel are fully utilized and work is accomplished in accordance with established time frames priorities and proper Technical Orders.
