McEnroe tried to change the mind of Bryan by presenting a gift to his wife. He approached Bryan wife indirectly without intimating him. Through the value of the gift was small; supply professionals should evaluate and manage carefully before accepting it. This is considered as unethical practice.

Unethical behavior is an action that falls outside of what is considered morally right or proper for a person, a profession or an industry. Individuals can behave unethically, as can businesses, professionals and politicians. Troy did not display this behavior. He concerns were legitimate concerns for protecting his company’s assets. He was frank and to the point, which is an ethical and good business practice.

Ben is completely within his legal right to put the company boxes up for a bid if he doesn't agree with the future prices that are going to take place. He is responsible for protecting the company's best interest and doing so he's in titled to finding he best prices available for the company. Ben did act unethically, when using other companies he knew wouldn't work for the company but use there pricing to diving the price down. The ethical thing to do is to talk with Corrugated first, at least giving them the chance honestly make a fair price.

Well in business there's truly nothing you can do but submit your best pricing to receive the bid. As a company to the bid you're not privy to the other customers bid, because you're suppose submit your best offer.
