Truth Behind Closed Doors

I will be informing you of the appalling abuse of animals. One million animals are killed from animal abuse every year. I have rescued an animal from his owner; he was starved, beaten, and tired! Animals all over the world are being beaten and abused by their owners without notice. Being put into a cage and shunned is not a very pleasant experience; the only attention you’ll ever get is abuse. Seventy percent of the animal abusers in this world are already convicted of a domestic crime. There is a ton of different ways animals can be abused worldwide. I will tell you about puppy mills, illegal animal fighting, and animal coat farms. What is a puppy mill? Illegal animal fighting is “entertainment” for some people; they enjoy the violence and suffering of animals. In dog fighting, there are usually two pit bulls who fight in a ring until one of them kills the other. The owners usually bet a very high bid on their animals in hope that they will win. Illegal dog fights have been around since the early 19th century! There is also illegal rooster fighting and it is very similar to dog fights. The owners link a razor or a gaff to the leg of the rooster to injure the other rooster opponent. Like illegal dog fights, the roosters also fight to their death. In some communities this despicable animal fighting is said to be “family entertainment”. There is another illegal animal sport that involves a hog and a dog. The hog and dog are put into a cage together to fight till death. The hog's tusks are cut off and the dog, usually a pit bull, is timed for how quickly he can corner the hog. This sport is deadly for both of the animals. The dog could be thrown several feet in the air, or the hog could be penetrated by the dog's strong jaw. No matter what anyone thinks, this is considered animal
