Whenever couples become ashamed of one another; something has gone wrong in the relationship. Someone is definitely hiding something. ‘A sound heart is life to the body. But envy is rottenness to the bones’

A burdened heart is one that is imprisoned by a negative mindset. In a real marriage both parties should have nothing to hid from one another

It lacks understanding, and caring.
It is insincere and does not effectively communicate.
The troubled spirit is often filled with anger, disobedience, malice, and the willingness to revenge.
The troubled heart cannot partake in sexual intercourse genuinely and freely.
Such a heart is always frightened and tormented by anything. The burdened mind cannot love and does not appreciate kind gestures because it has a lot of secretes hidden within.
Warning: With this kind of heart, the marriage is sitting on a keg of
‘gun-powder’, which is ready to explode at the slightest provocation.
Explanations:
One: With a burdened heart, there is bound to be anger, which does not speak peaceful language.
Counsel: For a successful marriage, banish every suspicion from your heart. As a child of God your partner cannot wish you evil. Just believe that even if he or she does, you are harmless.
Two: A burdened heart, which is filled with revenge, cannot understand appeal and such heart is equally destructive.

Love summarizes all of the progressive qualities enumerated and explained above.
Love is the more excellent way to have all such good qualities that make marriages successful. Love can be defined as; ‘likeness, obedience, and value for eternity.’ Love does no evil, is not wrathful, but patience and enduring.
When love is properly cultivated and truly practiced in marriage, it is the greatest commandment for success.
With love in your heart you will speak well and with understanding spirit your marriage will become enviable and honorable. Love does not speak evil, provocative, unkind, or abusive words, but soothing, encouraging, faith building, peaceful and joy producing language. Love does not misunderstand another as to act foolishly or to fight destructively. Love bears all things, endures all things, and faithfully believes that all things work together for good to
