Authoritarian Leadership (autocratic) - The Autocratic leadership style is used when leaders tell their employees that what they want done and how they want it accomplished, without getting the advice of their followers. This style visibly identifies the difference between management and staffs. The autocratic leadership style is one which leaders have absolute power over their workers or team.
