Introduction
Leadership is a behavioral task of the leader. Successful leaders identifies the changes in the environment and make use out of the opportunities arising in the environmental changes by motivating subordinates, correcting poor performances, attempting to increase productivity, and leads the organization towards achieving its goals and objectives. This paper identifies the importance of “leadership”, where organizational objectives can be achieved only through channeling everyone’s united efforts towards one goal, and not through isolation attempts. Furthermore, this assignment is a privilege for us to identify different leadership theories and leadership qualities of Steve Jobs who is considered as one of great leaders.

While this may not be the most appealing leadership strategy in terms of building relationships and developing a highly motivating work environment, it often works, and leaders in most organizations use it on a daily basis to get things done.
Charismatic leadership theory
The Charismatic Leader gathers followers through dint of personality and charm, rather than any form of external power or authority. It is interesting to watch a Charismatic Leader 'working the room ' as they move from person to person.
Situational leadership theories
Autocratic - this leadership style is one where the manager sets objectives, allocates tasks, and insists on obedience. Therefore the group becomes dependent on him or her.
Democratic - democratic leadership style encourages participation in decision making. Democratic leadership style can be persuasive or consultative.
Laissez-faire – This leadership style allows employees to carry out activities freely within broad there are few guidelines and directions.

His charisma enables him to whip up the enthusiasm of his employees to achieve more by doing seemingly impossible tasks, and also convince customers to buy Apple products. He is also a transformational leader which he focuses on “transforming” others to help each other, to look out for each other, to be encouraging and harmonious, and to look out for the organization as a whole. At Apple, he is seen as a leader whose brilliance and idealistic vision of “providing computers as a tool to change the world,” drew other talented people to him whereas his Leadership creates valuable and positive change in the followers. In his leadership, he enhances the motivation, morale and performance of his follower group. Therefore, he can still regarded as both charismatic and transformational.
