Education in the U.S versus Morocco
The level of economic, political and social development of a nation serves as significant determiners of a country as a developed, middle or third world country. Developed economies and third world countries experience significant differences as evidenced in the case examples of the United States versus Morocco. The U.S is a developed country while Morocco is a third world country that has, as a result, led to the suffering of the education system like most other third world countries in Africa. The education system of the two countries differs significantly because of resource availability.

One of the major differences relates to the manner of treatment of students with disabilities. In the U.S, the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) require that students with disabilities are accorded fair treatment within education institutions in the same manner like their counterparts without disabilities (Simon, 2013). In Morocco, the existing classrooms fail to provide room for accommodating students with disabilities (Morocco World News, 2016). The arrangement makes it hard for students suffering from disabilities to gain better support in their learning process. Therefore, unlike the U.S that has specific policies that guard against discrimination of students with disabilities in the learning process, Morocco fails to consider the special needs of such students. The U.S thus provides students suffering from disabilities with special learning environments and instructions across the country that as a result helps the group to realize their dreams. By resources, it serves as an indicator of a number of funds required to support the education system in both countries. The U.S uses a quantifiable amount of resources to fund education. Both the federal and state governments in the U.S fund education leading to the availability of enormous resources. Government support by providing resources proves imperative in the success of an education system, something that the Moroccan government fails to provide adequate resources to the education system. Availability of resources equally plays part in the level of training accorded to teachers in both countries. Due to the existence of sufficient resources in the U.S, teachers across all education levels receive training in institutes of higher learning. The case is different with Morocco where despite teachers receiving training, they rarely possess skills required to handle students suffering from various types of
