Also keeping someone you care about out of trouble , Then letting someone know how much you care about them. The second example is putting yourself in someone else's shoes. I say that because you never know what that other person might be going through. Always have hope in yourself and other people. Second to last is helping someone get through a hard situation, this example is very important because a lot of people do not know how to get through a hard situation so just for you being and just trying to help just lets them know that it is all going to be okay.
Strength: Strength is a huge component in society as in at the Central Minnesota Credit Union. Having everyone come together and know what is going on and having great leaders is powerful. To me the strength does not just come from one person it comes from everyone and who ever contributes will make the credit union stronger. One way to make the credit union stronger is to tell others about it and to make it become larger. In this case the more the better and it helps out everyone.
Quiet Kill A person need hardly be starving for food to be considered a Beggar. People “beg” for attention, love, authority, and material objects. We “throw a dog a bone” to give a powerless being a “treat” of power. From a symbolic perspective, Beggar archetype is a test that compels a person to confront self-empowerment beginning at the base level of physical survival. Learning about the nature of generosity, compassion, and self esteem are fundamental to this archetypal pattern.
The theme of tolerance is a very important role in today's society. It is something I genuinely think everyone should have, or at least should try to have. Tolerance means to “have the ability or willingness to tolerate something, in particular the existence of opinions or behavior that one does not necessarily agree with.” In other words it means to have the willingness to support something you don’t necessarily agree with. Glee and The Boy in The Striped Pajamas have a lot of hidden meanings and ways of showing tolerance.
Nevertheless, it is the way that friction is approached that makes a difference. By applying my positive attitude and sense of finding a common ground among coworkers, it will enable me to apply this strength to my daily life. Lastly, the strength of achiever was a lesser theme for me compared to my other top strengths. I sometimes take on too many tasks and want to accomplish many things in order to make me feel good about myself. I am extremely committed to everything I do and influence others to succeed in what they do.
John Steinbeck’s Grapes of Wrath is a story that follows a poor family searching for work. Societies unwritten rules known as the Social Contract theory influence them and the people around them. Family is a common theme throughout the novel. The bond of the Joad family is so strong that Tom Joad hitchhikes all the way home after being released from prison on good behavior. As him and his family travel they prioritize each other and take care of each other.

Vision and Goals The Strengths Based Leadership assessment identified myself as being responsible, someone who can relate and communicate well with others, futuristic and encouraging. My goals for myself change a lot, however my vision for the communities that I serve, is to be the person who accommodates each characteristic described by the Strengths based assessment. 2. In order to promote human flourishing, I’d choose kindness as the most ideal universal value. Considering the fact that avoiding acts of violence which include theft, fighting, etc. fall under the ideology of being a ‘good person’, that would be considered a faultless personality. A non-violent person, along with being nice, patient and honest all gather together to assemble an exemplary

Strengths: As a student one of my strengths is organization. I can say I can keep my school materials and notebooks organized in a way that I and others can comprehend. The reason I can say I am organized is because, I have hardly ever had in the past or present any issues with trying to find homework or assignments because I always kept my materials for each class organized and in a place I could easily find. Another strength I have is social skills. I can believe that I communicate with others well in a group.
