According to the movie George had many obstacles that made his life harder than it was. For example, when his partner lost his bank money George could have lost his job because of the way that Mr.Potter was threatening him to tell the police that George lost all his money and couldn't work in the bank any more. However his family and neighbors helped him get through in what he was struggling by helping George raise money. The movie is extremely heart-touching and it is life lessening.
