Looking at my place of employment in Columbia, South Carolina it has about 1000 or more workers in the call center. This call center is one of the biggest call centers here on the East Coast and we are a very family oriented place of business. When you walk the halls, looking around seeing other employees and some know you by name and some you have never even met. It could be scary at times, but in the call center environment that could be a good thing especially within Verizon Wireless.
