In my opinion the book “The Call of the Wild” is very violent. This book is also sad. Some parts look and seem interesting but almost every part of the book is very violent. Some of the book is interesting but others are sad. If you read this book to a little kid they would probably cry. I do not like this book because it is very violent. The book is extremely violent because in chapter one Buck gets beaten by a club. Also in chapter one a dog is killed for mastery. In chapter two Curly (one of the dogs) gets killed by some huskies. In chapter three Buck kills Spitz and he liked it. Now those are just a few ways the book is violent. If I was writing the book I would have changed many things about it. First I would have made
