His accomplishments were becoming a french philosophe, he also wrote 70 books. Voltaire had two siblings, both older that he was. Voltaire's mother died when he was seven and he developed a close relationship with his godfather. Volitre didn’t have any kids with his two wives; but they did adopt a son in 1780.
