In this discussion, we will look closely at Rite Aid/Walgreens Boot Alliance concerning retail staff in the field (Nassar, 2007). In addition, what management staff is expected to perform the job on ground level (Nassar, 2007). Furthermore, the scope of interest will be an understanding of what is "capability," as well as job knowledge, communication skills, and technical skills (Nassar, 2007).
In order to answer what is the self-assessment of the working staff at Rite Aid/Walgreens Boots Alliance, one must define the differences between the terms capability and ability (Nassar, 2007). When one considers the term "ability" in business, one must consider it to be a person natural capacity to act, however, in terms of capability; it is the raw talent that lies underneath a person to perform (Ability, 2018).
