In the Elizabethan Era, there were a lot of weapons and wars. Weapons were to protect people and to fight in wars. If we never had weapons in this period of time, there wouldn’t be as many idea we could have came up with to make other weapons.

During the Elizabethan Era, Spain and France treated England to start a war. England wasn't the type of country to start a war and the trained military men felt uncomfortable using small weapons so Queen Elizabeth I immediately advanced the strength and the agility of the weapons.

In the Elizabethan Era, there were many major wars. One war was called the Elizabethan War. The Elizabethan War was fought from 1585 to 1604 and it was between England and Spain. In 1588, the Spanish Armada was defeated. The Spanish Armada was a flee of ships that had at their time “hi-tech” weapons and England defeated them. There were two major wars in Ireland. One war in Ireland was called the Irish War. “The Irish War also known as the Desmond Rebellions. It lasted for 18 years, starting from 1585 to 1603. The reason this war was fought was because of the natural resources in the “New World” also known as current day United States. “The war was punctuated by widely separated battles, and began with England's military expedition in 1585 to the Netherlands under the command of the Earl of Leicester in support of the resistance of the States General to Habsburg rule (Geni 2-5).” The reason that this war was fought was because England was trying to mark Spain’s property.
