Weightlifting has a long history dating back to the late 1800’s. Bodybuilding is a very hard sport to do. It has a lot of things to do that the average person would not think you would have to do. Like cycling and taking many types of steroids. People may think that bodybuilders just get big from taking steroids, but it takes many years to build a Mr. Olympia worthy physique. To get a lean and cut physique, they have to eat many greens and lean meat.
Weightlifting is a challenging sport with an extensive history. Part of that history includes its strict diet requirements and the use of steroids.

You can get a big tub of it for 25-50 dollars with 18+ servings. One way to lose fat is to go on a calorie deficit. A calorie deficit is where one burns off more than one eats . One of the easiest ways to lose fat is to do a lot of cardio.
