The treaty of WW1 is one based on the benefit of everyone in Europe. First, to deal with Germany; this treaty will help German build up itself back up. This would help more countries because if Germany is built back up then other countries could benefit from trade and not cause Germany to seek vengeance. Next, the treaty deals with imperialism by forcing Britain and France to give away their empires slowly. What this means is that Britain and France will slowly develop a stable democracy and then leave the country alone. Now, the treaty affects the balance of power of all the combatants in the war would need to reduce their military strengthen extremely.
