Undoubtedly, our success as an organization is dependent upon strong, effective and cost-effective programs for our students and districts. Our services could not flourish, however, without strong human resources as well. Our human resources department has done an excellent job of hiring the right people and training them well. Being able to effectively manage our staff is what will make us truly sustainable. This fulfills the third initiative of our strategic plan- Leading, Serving, and Adapting to Support Sustainability.
Schools regularly have many external professionals who work with them, and these can include: educational psychologists; speech and language therapists; specialist teachers; Education Welfare Officers; School Improvement Partners; and physiotherapists/occupational therapists. An educational psychologist is assigned to a school and they work closely with SENCO providing pupil observations and assessments, helping to plan the provision for those with additional needs. A school will have links with speech and language therapists who can work with pupils to help with communication, language and speech problems.
Specific practice setting is an inpatient acute care Mental Health & Behavioral Science (MH/BS). As a registered nurse in this Mental Health setting Ms. Greene provides leadership skills using the problem- solving process, solution-focused and has the ability to inspire staff members. She collaborates for the improvement of veterans’ care outcomes on the mental health behavioral science unit. She serves as a preceptor, mentor, and role model to current healthcare staff members and newly hired staff involved in the care of our veterans on the ward. Ms. Greene demonstrates experience in the following areas: leadership, advocacy, delegation, problem solving, intervention, collorbaration, planning, and priortozing .

Together, the prime areas make up a child’s overall learning and understanding, also known as “holistic development”. When one of these areas are delayed, it tends to have a knock-on effect on the other areas because they all work together to learn and achieve. These prime areas also support the specific areas of literacy, mathematics, understanding the world and expressive arts and design. If there is a delay in one of the prime sectors, you can’t possibly expect the child affected to be able to move through and understand a more advanced, specific development province.
Responsive Nurturing Care is when the caregiver pays close attention to what the child is signaling and then provides a response that meets the child’s needs. As a result the child will feel comfortable around the caregiver because its need are being met. Also they will continue to communicate with their caregivers and feel secure. The sense of being secured is significant for infants and young children. A secure bond between the infant and caregiver will let the child know and feel like it would always be safe and cared for when they go through emotions.
If I was the manager I would make sure to appreciate their hard work and motivate them to come up with more ideas and possibilities on making a new concept for the company.
