No, I don't think sexual discrimination is acceptable in sport. By separating men and women you are allowing ideas that there is inequality there, that brings with it ideas that women are not able to be as superior as men and that men can't handle competing with women. Yes, women have physical traits that are different from men and so do men, because of this some sports cater to men and some women. However, that doesn't mean you should have to separate them. “The reasons for giving up sexual discrimination within sports, and for allowing individuals of both sexes to compete with each other, is simple. If people see men and women competing together then they may be more open to the idea of having sports where it is equal between the sexes and those sports might become popular. As entertaining some people may find the violence in sports, I do not believe it is necessary to have in a sport so if we also put more regulations on what is allowed it will allow women to be more equal. “The just society, in my view, would contain a greater variety of sports than we now have, Providing advantages for a wider range of physical types. The primary emphasis would be on participation, with a wealth of local teams and activities available to all, based on grouping by ability. Only where the style of play is very different would grouping by weight, age, or sex the recommended.” (English, p.308) There will probably always be sports that are dominated by one sex like men with football, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't allow equality in sports. I think there can be men and women who compete at the same level. And even if it’s just a few in sports, it will change the way our culture views how men and women can be together and
