“Before god we are all equally wise and equally foolish.” - Albert Einstein. Equality can be achievable by anyone because we are all born with the same rights and the same opportunities and rather you choose to take advantage of those opportunities or squander them is on you. Equality is very achievable by anyone because just as the Constitution states with our first Amendment, “Congress shall make no law respecting an established of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise therefore; abridging the freedom speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.” So it is that my position is …show more content…

This amendment lets people achieve equality by the Constitution showing respect to our state and us by reserving rights to us that are not directly given to our nation. It also helps me prove my point because giving your fellow citizens freedom and or civil rights is way more than people in other countries/nations get. Countries/nations like that, that don’t get equal rights are always having to be ruled and can’t go wherever they want to and they can’t even do half of the things we are able to do and that’s because of the freedom that our Constitution gives us. The detail also helps me prove my claim is right because people can’t be forced to anything unless you're in school and or your work but you can not be forced to do anything that you don’t want to do. These amendments that I have chosen to support my claim have once again more than likely proven that equality is
