Why College Isn’t Worth It Attending college is something that many High School students look forward to as a buffer or a way to make the transition into adulthood easier, but a rising question has people considering: Is going to college really worth it? While some describe college as their best years, it leaves most attendees in debt and with a degree they may never use. Between tuition fees, traveling, housing, food, and textbooks, all college students are bound to owe at least a few thousand.
Is College Really Worth the Cost? Most American goal in life is to earn a living when they come out of high school. But, maybe it isn’t really necessary that high school graduates need to feel ad if they are being rushed off to college. People who are hustled off to college discover that they would much rather be learning how to build things or fix things. College students and graduates are facing debt, unemployment/ drops in wages, and some would rather learn with their hands.
Now it’s time to provide some evidence to explain to my readers whether college is worth it or not. First, I would like to talk about my opinion on college. I honestly don’t know if part of me is like yes, it’s worth it to go and get an education. I say that because sometimes life doesn’t work the way you want it to and college could be your backup plan. College can also give you financial, career, and long-term stability no one wants to work paycheck to paycheck.
Agree or Disagree: Free Tuition in College Seventy-two percent of Democrats support the idea of the government taking over college and university payments, while 73 percent of Republicans oppose it. Independents are divided, 40 percent in favor and 42 percent is against free college (Cohen) . There is a smaller percentage of people who approves. Having a tuition-free college has pros and cons that both affects the people as well as the government.
In conclusion going to college is very much worth it. Getting a degree will not only improve the quality of a job’s pay substantially, but make the job search extensively easier. Knowing this students of all ages can make the right decision when deciding whether or not college is the right choice for them. So as a nation let's build ourselves to be better, richer and smarter people by making the right choice when it comes to our education;

The answer to that question is yes.
So yes, college is a low value. But at the same time, numerous people believe that the value of college is kind of high because it improves certain aspects of their lives. For instance, in the short video 5 Ways Ed Pays it is mentioned that college graduates are less likely to be obese, 50% more likely to exercise, 66% more likely to read to their kids and take them to a live show, half as likely to be unemployed, and earn an average of 22k more per year than high school graduates. This is all true, but vocational schools also teaches you skills that you need in life and you move around a lot. Plus you still get paid and you do not have to pay back any student loans like some college graduates.
Is college worth it ? Yes, because it 's a great way for anyone to learn and study what they have always wanted to do in life. If you do the work and take the time to do well at it. It may cost a lot, but in the end of whatever you choose to do.
Is College Worth The Time And money Many people go to college for many reasons the main one for most is to get a degree in something they think will give them better job opportunities which in return would allow them to have a better paying job then what they may have now. A lot of time ,effort and money go into college and so it’s understandable to think that once you’re done you’ll have a great job waiting for you .
