Johnson and Johnson is a well-known company for adults, baby, beauty, and health products. It was founded by brothers James, Robert and Edward Johnson in January 1886. Furthermore, the company wanted to start manufacture with 50 to 100 hands when they only had started with fourteen employees (Gurowitz, p. 1). Robert Johnson created mission statement and values in 1943, which was right before the company became a publicly traded company.
